Knowledge Services recently began implementation for the State of Wisconsin’s Information Technology (IT) Vendor Managed Services and Solution project.

Contract Scope

Knowledge Services was awarded the contract by the State of Wisconsin’s Department of Administration to manage over 850 contracted IT personnel and nearly $10 million in monthly state spending.

As the only MSP + VMS provider in the nation that successfully implemented multiple State programs during the COVID-19 pandemic, Knowledge Services is excited to launch its partnership with the State of Wisconsin.

The State of Wisconsin selected Knowledge Services as the MSP for their workforce management and cloud-based technology needs because of Knowledge Services’ unique combination of proprietary Vendor Management (VMS) technology and industry-leading security posture.

Knowledge Services was also selected because of its vast experience in transitioning systems and providing cost savings through proven processes. This experience has allowed Knowledge Services to develop a proven and adaptable transition plan that has ensured program continuity amid the pandemic.

We are committed to providing the best service imaginable to those who serve others, and Knowledge Services believes that this partnership will allow the State of Wisconsin opportunity to provide even better service to its citizens.

The entire team at Knowledge Services is excited to serve the State of Wisconsin for years to come.
