Will the delivery of services by Knowledge Services be affected?
Knowledge Services has activated our Pandemic Recovery Plan. The plan outlines our risk management strategies, including plans to provide continual operations and cyber security support for our clients and technology. Knowledge Services anticipates minimal, if any, disruption to its services for clients and vendors.
What steps has Knowledge Services taken to mitigate COVID-19 risks for its employees and clients?
Knowledge Services and our Team Members are following the guidelines and recommendations set forth by the U.S. Center for Disease Control (CDC), World Health Organization (WHO), as well as state and local guidelines for health and safety precautions. Knowledge Services has adopted non-essential travel restrictions and limits to in-person meetings. Those who can work from home are encouraged to do so and our offices remain closed to visitors at this time.
How will Knowledge Services communicate with those we serve?
Knowledge Services is taking a proactive approach to communicating with our clients, vendors and contractors via phone and email to answer questions and encourage safe practices for the people we all count on. Should there be any changes to your services, one of our Team Members will notify you immediately.
