Managed Service Provider for Vocational Rehabilitation

Knowledge Services’ Managed Service Provider (MSP) Program for Vocational Rehabilitation Services (VRS) provides Vocational Rehabilitation (VR) departments, staff, and Clients access to an open, continuous, and robust network of services and Community Rehabilitation Providers (CRPs) through a streamlined contracting vehicle and competitive referral solicitations that allow the Client to retain their authority in selecting their CRP.

With Knowledge Services’ VRS Solution, VR staff are relieved of administrative burden, such as managing the CRP network, allowing them to focus on their mission to serve the citizens of their State. Our Statewide VR experience standardizes program delivery, ensuring CRP compliance and engagement, and the prioritization of Client choice. The MSP administers all aspects of CRP management, leading to improved outcomes for Clients, as VR Staff are able to prioritize their energy and focus on Client needs.
