3. Are only good for entry-level positions.

This is another prevalent myth. While most temporary labor positions tend to be entry level, staffing and recruiting agencies can help your company with placements at any level; all the way up to executives.They are professionals at matching the right people to the right job, no matter the position. Whether you are looking for project based help or ongoing position placement, these agencies can find the person you are looking for.

These are just a few of the misconceptions about staffing and recruiting agencies.  While the use of these agencies might not make sense for everyone, it’s important to do your own research instead of just taking someone else’s word for it.
