2020 will long be remembered as the year of COVID-19. At Knowledge Services, we will also remember 2020 as the time our team members came together while working remotely to help our clients maintain essential services. Our program support teams grew our vendor networks across all labor categories, including for disabilities and vocational rehabilitation. They connected individuals to meaningful employment through our Talent Services, and innovated our service delivery to develop a COVID-19 Resource Center for states and local government.

Our Development, IT and InfoSec teams never missed a beat in 2020, setting and achieving epic goals including completing the NIST-based FedRAMP Ready Assessment and adding new and upgraded features to dotStaff, our cloud-based platform for vendor and survey management. They achieved these milestones, all while supporting secure work-from-home conditions and planning for our new Knowledge Services HQ at Crosspoint Center.

At Knowledge Services, one of our foundational beliefs is service – not only to each other and to our clients, but also in our communities. While we continued our support of many charities, including Make-a-Wish, Leukemia and Lymphoma Society and Toys for Tots, we were also honored to give back in support of the tech community, including as a founding member of the nationwide StateRAMP Steering Committee. The importance of cyber security was never more on display than it was in 2020, and we are eager to see how StateRAMP can help states and local government verify cloud security and better manage third party risk.
It is with immense gratitude for our team members, partners, and clients that we at Knowledge Services remember 2020. With hope, we look forward to the New Year ahead.
