Most people will spend up to one-third of their life in retirement so it’s important to prepare and save money now in order to support yourself during your golden years.  Experts estimate that you will need at least 70% of your pre-retirement income to maintain the same standard of living once you stop working.  Our 401k match program is available to help you meet your financial needs and goals in retirement. We have a skilled group of Team Members who can assist and inform you to make the best financial decisions that fits your lifestyle.   

Anniversary Bonus

At KS, we like to celebrate anniversaries and one way we do this is with an Anniversary Bonus. To celebrate your five-year anniversary with Knowledge Services, you will receive a bonus, and every five years after that. This program is to reward the service of our hard working and talented Team Members.

Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account

As a Team Member, you have the option of obtaining a Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account (DCFSA). A DCFSA is a pre-tax benefit account used to pay for dependent care services while you are at work. The money you contribute to a Dependent Care FSA is not subject to payroll taxes, so you end up paying less in taxes and taking home more of your paycheck.

Health Savings Account

By taking advantage of a Health Savings Account (HSA), Team Members are able to save money tax-free for medical expenses. An HSA is a savings account used in conjunction with a high-deductible health insurance policy. Plus, Knowledge Services contributes to Team Members HSA on a quarterly schedule! 



Medical, Dental, Vision

As a full-time Team Member, you and your dependent(s) are able to sign up for competitive insurance benefits such as Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance upon employment. More details on the specific plans we offer are provided during the interview process. 

Life and Accidental Insurance

Knowledge Services also offers Life and Accidental Death and Dismemberment (AD&D) Insurance Policy to all qualifying Team Members. This is an employer paid benefit with no annual election required. If a Team Member wishes to take out an additional amount of life insurance, you can do so through Knowledge Services at an additional cost. Voluntary Short-Term and Long-Term Disability Insurance are also available. 

Pet Insurance

Knowledge Services can’t forget about your furry friends at home! All Team Members may also elect Veterinary Pet Insurance (VPI). We know that pets are more than just pets, they are family! Regardless of your pets age or type, you can be covered through payroll deductions.    




Knowledge Services provides a competitive personal time off schedule for each full-time Team Member that increases with tenure with Knowledge Services. Team Members also receive full pay for a list of full-day and half-day holidays throughout the year.   

Celebratory Days Off

Another exciting benefit that is provided by KS is an extra day of PTO for both your birthday and your work anniversary. These paid days off are gifts from Knowledge Services to recognize your personal and professional celebrations! 

Alternative Work Schedules

We believe that family-friendly policies are essential to cultivating an atmosphere where all Team Members can thrive personally and professionally, enhancing life both at home and at the office.  Our Alternative Work Schedules (AWS) are consistent with Knowledge Services’ belief of a work-life balance. The AWS Program allows Managers and Leadership to meet their goals while, at the same time, allows Team Members to be more flexible in scheduling their personal activities. 

Maternity & Paternity Leave

The addition of a new family member is something to celebrate but it can also be very challenging getting used to your new way of life.  Knowledge Services recognizes this and has both Maternity and Paternity Leave benefits which provides families additional flexibility to adjust to their new family situation.

Baby on Board Program

Our founder and CEO, Julie Bielawski, took family-friendly to a whole new level and started our Baby on Board Program. A new mom can return with her infant providing more time to adjust to her newest family member. 

Employee Assistance Program

Team Members and their immediate family members have access to Knowledge Services’ Employee Assistance Program (EAP).  The EAP offers confidential counseling through a network of licensed clinicians located close to your home or workplace. These trained professionals are ready to help you deal with family or work/life issues that may be causing your life to feel out of balance. 

Wellness Program

Our company is committed to putting our people first and helping all of us live our best lives by being healthy and well. A large part of this goal is ensuring an energetic, safe and healthy work environment. Our established Wellness Program partners with a wellness software that allows you to network, integrate and measure the impact of your wellness choices. It allows you to connect with other Team Members around health and wellness interests, participate in healthy challenges, and track your progress from work, at home, or on-the-go!
