Cooperative Purchasing

Indiana Code 36-1-7 permits the State of Indiana, including all political subdivisions, state agencies, public instrumentalities, and public corporate bodies to enter into cooperative purchasing agreements with other states, cities, governmental municipalities and quasi-governmental agencies to the extent authorized by the law of such states.

This Agreement is viewed as a cooperative agreement and is available to all states, cities, governmental municipalities and quasi-governmental agencies. The State of Indiana is not responsible for the transactions between the Contractor and other states. All other states using this contract are expected to follow the contractual terms and conditions specified in the agreement, unless otherwise specified in the Participating Addendum between other state(s), cities, governmental municipalities and quasi-governmental agencies and Contactor. The Participating Addendum shall incorporate the terms and conditions of this contract, however Contractor shall not be required to enter into any Participating Addendum.
